Agnes Walls Martin

Agnes Walls Martin, 97, of Cumming passed away Thursday, June 1, 2023. Agnes was born May 10, 1926 in Cumming to the late Charles and Maude Wall. She retired after 53 years with Southern Mills in Atlanta; never missing a day of work. Agnes was as longtime member of Oak Grove Baptist Church and is preceded in death by her husband of 57 years., B.J. Martin and her son, Ronald M. Martin.

Survivors include her grandchildren, Sean and Jamie Martin and Kim Martin; daughter-in-law, Judy Martin; great grandchildren, Meagan Poindexter, Alyssa Martin, Abigail Martin, Keegan Martin and Zachary Martin; and great great grandchildren, Kinsley and Paisley Poindexter.

Graveside funeral services will be held Saturday, June 10, at 10:00 a.m. at Sawnee View Gardens with Rev. Craig Richard officiating.

In lieu of flowers donations can go to the Dementia Society.
