Ann Bailey Martin

Ann Bailey Martin, 60 of Canton, GA passed away October 1, 2022. Mrs. Martin was born in Marietta, GA to the late Fredrick and Irene Bailey. Ann was a nurse for over 30 years. She spent most of her career as an ICU Nurse at North East Georgia Regional Medical Center in Gainesville, GA. Ann loved being a mentor to younger nurses. Mrs. Martin loved her family and her French Bulldog Lucy so much.  Ann was always the first person to laugh if you fell down. She had a wonderful sense of humor. With six siblings someone fell down a lot. She was preceded in death by her brother, Dennis Bailey.

Ann is survived by her loving husband of 30 years, Carl Edward Martin; daughter Alex Martin; son, Jackson Martin; siblings, Michael Bailey (Cathy), James Bailey(Cheryll), Kathleen Vaughn (Bennett), Patricia Hunt (Barry), Margaret Pora (John Matthew); 17 nieces and nephews; 26 great nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Wednesday, October 5, 2022 in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home with Mr. John Fischer Officiating.  The family will receive friends Tuesday, October 4, 2022 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Ingram Funeral Home, 210 Ingram Avenue, Cumming, GA 30040
