Betty Jean Dempsey

Betty Jean Dempsey, age 79, of Cumming, passed away Saturday, November 16, 2013. She was a member of North Roswell Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Frank Dempsey of Cumming; children, Martha and Joe Newman of Cumming, Shelia and Jerry Andrews of Winder, Stanley Samples of Cumming, Danny and Brenda Samples of Roswell, Julie Stirling of Marietta; sister, Erma Lawson; grandchildren, Jason Samples and Amanda Adamson; great grandchildren, Makinley Samples and Karsyn Samples; and a number of other family and friends also survive. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 20th at 11:00 am at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Larry Brooks officiating. Interment will follow in North Roswell Baptist Church Cemetery.. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Tuesday from 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm and Wednesday from 9:00 am until hour of the service.
