Betty Mildred Waters age 73 of Roswell passed away Tuesday September 18th, 2012. Mildred was preceded in death by her Spouse J. T. Waters; son, Rev. Johnny Payne; Parents Leon and Effie Holbrook and Grandson Mitchell Payne.

Funeral services will be at 3 PM Friday September 21st, 2012 at County Line Baptist Church with the body to lie in state from 2 pm until service time. Officiating will be Rev. Scott Truitt, Rev. Josh Baumgardner and Micheal Stroup. The family will receive friends at Byars Funeral Home on Thursday September 20th from 5 pm until 9 pm.
