Bonnie Ruth Vickery, age76, of Cumming, passed away on Sunday, March 16, 2014. She was an original member of Cumming Baptist Church. Bonnie graduated from Buford High School and was Miss Buford, 1955, she was a very successful business women. Her first job in Cumming was working for Doctors, Jim and Mark Mashburn and Dr. Dunn. She was a member of the Ingram Funeral Home staff. She started Bonnies Flower Shop and retired from Sawnee Electric. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Willene Cheek. Bonnie is survived by her husband Jimmy D, Vickery of Cumming, daughters; Sherri and David Pace and Terri and Glenn Handrop; grandsons, Chad Handrop and Adam Pace; step daughter, Veronika and Chris Lancaster; step grandson, Max Lancaster; step son, Jody Brown; step granddaughter, Melissa Bray; step great granddaughter, Allison Bray; sisters, Mary Evelyn Hays and Pam and Phil Estes and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Service for Mrs. Vickery will be Wednesday, March 19, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home. Rev. Gerald Blackburn officiating. Interment to follow at Sawnee View Gardens. Visitation will be Tuesday from 5P.M. to 9: P.M., Wednesday from 9A.M. until the hour of service. Ingram Funeral Home & Crematory, Cumming, Georgia is in charge of arrangements.
