C. W. Blackstock

C. W. Blackstock, age 89 of Cumming, passed away Wednesday, July 18, 2018. He was employed by Southern Bell Telephone and Telegraph for 40 years. He was a veteran of the United States Army serving 2 years in the Korean War. He was preceded in death by his parents Carl Otis Blackstock and Lillie Mae Hamon; brothers, Hoyt, Henry, C.O. and Joe; sisters, Boncile, Lillie Mae, Dorothy and Clydie.

Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Betty Bowden Blackstock; children, Debbie (Antonio) Gavilanez, Wade Blackstock, Sam (Tammy) Blackstock; brother, Ralph; sisters, Jeanette Ivey, Geneva Miller; 7 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
