Carmen Cecilia Biggerstaff Ayala passed away in the presence of her beloved children on March 10, 2023, at the age of 66. Carmen was born in Panama City, Panama on July 17, 1956. She poured her heart and soul into raising her five children and showering her eleven grandchildren with love. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and aunt. She was known for her vivacious spirit, sense of humor, and generosity.
She will be remembered by her five children: Kiki Reichlin (Daniel), Jose Reichlin, Amanda Biggerstaff (Christopher), Kevin Biggerstaff, and Brian Biggerstaff (Carrie). Her eleven grandchildren: Trinity, Gabriella, Brian, Isabella, Daniel, Iliyana, Easton, Bradley, Dylan, Layla, and Clara will greatly miss their Mama Carmen. She was a proud great mother to Talayah, Naomi, Azrael, Sevyn, and Azaire.
Carmen will be missed by her younger siblings Teresa Mendez, Gabriela Christie, Mario Bultron, and Rolando Mata. She was a much-loved aunt to many nieces and nephews who will also mourn the loss of their Tia Carmen.
She is preceded in death by her father, Alberto Ayala Bethancourt, and mother, Teresa Del Carmen Cheng Christie.
The family will receive visitors in the chapel at Ingram Funeral Home 210 Ingram Avenue, Cumming, Georgia on March 18 from 2:00-3:00 P.M. Following the visitation, there will be a memorial service in the chapel at 3:00 P.M.
