Carol Rae Patterson, 53, of Cumming, Georgia passed away suddenly at Northside Hospital Forsyth on Friday, July 27th, 2012.
The family will be hosting a Celebration of Life Memorial Service on Saturday, August 4th, 2012 at the Grace Chapel Church of Christ, Cumming, Georgia at 11:00 am.
