Charles "Charlie" Edward Payne, age 81, of Cumming, GA., passed away on Wednesday, April 9, 2025. He was preceded in death by his parents, Hubert and Daisy Payne; his wife, Patricia Payne; his sisters, Helen Harris and Frances Pruitt; his brothers, Milton Payne and James Payne; and his daughter in law, Jody Payne
Survivors include his children, Jeffrey Payne, Jane and Leroy Woody, and Leroy "Wayne' Payne; 8 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
