Charles Cowart

Charles Cowart, age 83, of Piedmont, SC, formerly of Alpharetta, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, March 7, 2018. He was a member of Alpharetta First Baptist Church and later became a member of Community Bible Church in Cumming. He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Cowart; daughter, Lisa Cowart.

Survivors include his children, Sandy (Jeff) Hammet of Gainesville, GA, Mark (Jodi) Cowart of Piedmont, SC; sister, Ernestine; 4 grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, March 10th at 10:30 am at Broadlawn Memorial Gardens in Buford. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Saturday from 9:00 am until hour of the service.

Ingram Funeral Home Crematory, Cumming, Georgia is in charge of arrangements.
