Charles Allen Garmon Sr.

Charles Allen Garmon Sr, age 90, of Cumming, GA, passed away on Sunday, April 16th, 2023. He was born in 1932, to the late Neva and Amos Garmon. He retired from Seaboard Railroad. He was a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather, great grandfather, and friend to many. He is preceded in death by 5 siblings, and one daughter, Brenda Gail.

He is survived by his loving wife of 72 years, Thelma Chastain Garmon; children Debra (Joe) Bridges, Wanda (Rickey) Voyles, Shelia (Eddie) Ramey, Vicki (Jeremy) Welchel, Lisa (Tim) Huff, Charles (Vivian) Garmon; along with many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and MANY other loving relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, at 3:00 PM in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home in Cumming, GA, with Rev. Dwayne Spicer officiating. Interment will follow at Sawnee View Gardens in Cumming, GA. The family will receive family and friends at the funeral home on Monday, April 17, 2023, from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM and again on Tuesday, from 9:00 AM, until the hour of service.
