David Joseph Maziarka, 76, of Alpharetta, Georgia passed away on August 7th, 2013.

Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, August 28th, 2013 at 10:00 am at the St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, Alpharetta, Georgia.

Maziarka, David Joseph, passed away August 7, 2013, at the age of 913 months. Under his composed exterior was a thoughtful, funny and very sentimental man. Originally from Chicago, and retired from the Chicago PD, he lived in Georgia for the past 20 years. Survived by wife Mary, daughter Susan Rusiecki (Roger), sons Russell (Tracey) & Scott, stepson Jason Williamson, stepdaughter Jennifer Pino (Carlos), brothers Richard (Patricia) & Ralph, 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
