Delmar Frix, 68, a lifelong resident of Forsyth County passed away Thursday, March 19, 2026. Delmar was a volunteer firefighter with the Forsyth County Fire Department for many years. He loved NASCAR and was a dedicated Dale Earnhart fan. Delmar was a member of Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church and is preceded in death by his parents, Troy and Joyce Frix, brother, Jerry Frix and a niece, Megan Frix.

Delmar is survived by his aunt, Jean Hood; several cousins and his devoted caregiver, Luisana Caldoron.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, March 25, at 11:00 a.m. at Sawnee View Gardens.
