Dimitri Oselinsky

Dimitri Oselinsky was a caring husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He left this world peacefully on August 9, 2025, at age 81.

He was born to Mary and George Oselinsky on April 28, 1944 in Taylor, PA. In 1965 he married Mary Ann Delman and they would go on to have two loving daughters, Nadine and Elaine. Their life would take them to serve five Russian Orthodox parishes: Alpha, PA, Mayfield, PA, Herkimer, NY, Clifton, NJ and Bethlehem, PA. For over 60 years, Dimitri faithfully served as a priest, touching countless lives with his unwavering faith and tireless dedication. His faith was not just a belief system; it was a way of life that radiated from him and inspired everyone he encountered.

Beyond his devotion to his beloved wife, children, and adored grandchildren, Dimitri found immense joy in the simple, yet profound, pleasures of life. His steadfast faith led him to cherished moments within his church community, while his spirit soared with the timeless melodies of Elvis and the crack of a baseball bat. He was a natural storyteller, capable of captivating any audience with his vibrant tales, always ready with a laugh and a listening ear. Easy to talk to and radiating warmth, he was a welcoming force to all who encountered him, leaving a legacy of love, laughter, and genuine connection that will be deeply missed.

Dimitri is survived by his beloved daughters, Nadine Salamoni and Elaine Mastropaolo, dear Sons-In-Law, Sal Salamoni, and Jeff Mastropaolo, and cherished grandchildren, Matthew Salamoni and Sarah Mastropaolo. His family was his pride and joy. He was a dedicated, loving husband and father who treasured his children and embraced every moment with them. He will be dearly missed and remain forever in our hearts.
