Dolores Liss Weinbender

Dolores Liss Weinbender, age 86, of Cumming, passed away Saturday, October 19, 2013. Dolores was born in Columbus, Nebraska. She was an active member of the Catholic Church of The Good Shepherd, Archdiocesan Council of Catholic Women and Our Lady of Perpetual Help Home Auxiliary. Dolores began her career as a nurse and retired as Branch Manager of Milwaukee Electric Tools. She is preceded in death by her brother Don Liss and sister-in-law, Mary. Survivors include her husband of 63 years, David Weinbender and her three nephews. Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 24, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Good Shepherd Catholic Church with Reverend Father Richard Morrow, Reverend Father Frank Richardson and Monsignor Peter Rau officiating. Interment will follow at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the Church on Thursday, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Good Shepherd Catholic Church Building Fund.
