Donald Anthony Eckardt

Donald Anthony Eckardt, age 83 of Cumming, passed away Monday, July 7, 2014. He was a ranger at Country Land golf course for several years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Anton and Dora Eckardt; sisters, Violet, Myrtle and Eleanor. Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Shirley Eckardt of Cumming; son and his wife, Rick and Betsy Eckardt of Canton; grandson and his wife, Matthew and Lauren Eckardt of Canton; brother, Ralph Eckardt of Indiana. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 8th at 3:00 pm at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Scott Huskins officiating. Interment will follow in Sawnee View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Tuesday from 1:00 pm until hour of the service. Ingram Funeral Home & Crematory, Cumming, Georgia is in charge of arrangements.
