Donnis Marie Edwards, age 70 of Murrayville, passed away on Sunday, December 11, 2016. She was a member of Cumming Second Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Edwards; parents, Doc and Lucille Jackson; brothers, Jimmy Jackson and Frankie Jackson; great grandchild, Damion Allen. She is survived by her companion of 14 years, Don Abston of Murrayville; children, Donna and Ronnie Bennett of Cumming, Barbie Helton of Cleveland, Sherry Allen of Cleveland, Christine Edwards of Cumming; sisters and brother-in-law, Carol Samples of Flowery Branch, Susan and Horace Dixon of Cumming; 10 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 15th at 1:00 pm at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Charles Shadburn officiating.
