Dorothy Flannery Huffman, age 75, of Cumming, GA, passed away on July 2nd, 2026. She was born on July 31st, 1950, in Hazard, Kentucky. She was the daughter of Rev. Lailon and Helen Flannery. In 1968, she married Charles Wesley Huffman. They shared 57 wonderful years of marriage together. She loved spending time with her family and friends. She loved shopping (at Belk), going to the movies, dancing and listening to any type of music. If you knew her, you know she loved to laugh and have fun. She was pure joy and never met a stranger.

She is survived by her husband, Charles Huffman; children, Charlene (Shane) Northcutt, C.W. Huffman; grandchildren, Nickalaus (Zoe) Northcutt, Emma (Austin) Dixon; great grandchildren, Walker, Whit, Reed and Clay; sister, Millie Flannery Rankin; brother, Sonny (Gina) Flannery; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Rev. Lailon and Helen Flannery; mother-in-law, Leola Huffman; and nephew, Rev. Michael Spurr Jr.

A memorial service will be held at Bethany Baptist Church in Alpharetta, GA, on July 7th, 2026, at 2:00 PM with Rev. Danny Spurr and Stephen Northcutt officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 until the start of the service.
