Dwayne Sexton

Dwayne Sexton, age 53, of Cumming, GA,  passed away Sunday, September 11, 2022. He was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church in Cumming, GA. Dwayne enjoyed cars and racing. He was a loving husband, father, son, brother and friend to many. He is preceded in death by his brother, Stephen Chris Sexton; and grandparents, Mahlon C. and Annie Paige Sexton, and Harrison Smith and Kathryn Wallis.

He is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Jamie Sexton, children, Paige (Amber) Statham, Tyler Sexton, Andrew Sexton, and Ryleigh Sexton; parents, Michael (Jackie) Sexton and Claudia Wallis; brother, Chris (Alexa) Sexton; along with many other loving relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held Thursday. September 15, 2022, at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home in Cumming, GA with Rev. Craig Richard and Rev. Brent Vaughan officiating. Interment will follow at Sawnee View Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of service.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to The Cancer Society in memory of Dwayne.
