Elsie Rivers Taylor

Elsie Rivers Taylor, originally of Manchester, Georgia, passed away peacefully at the age of 90 on Sunday, February, 10th, at her home in Milton, Georgia. Mrs. Taylor was a beloved mother and grandmother, retired nurse, world traveler and a true southern lady. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward F. Taylor, Jr. She is survived by her three daughters, Jan Miller, Star Dickey and Laine Vaught, 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. At her request, a private memorial service was held. Ingram Funeral Home & Crematory, Cumming, Georgia is in charge of arrangements.
