Evan Heath Patrick

Evan Heath Patrick, 42,of Gainesville, GA, passed away on April 29,2024.

Evan was born on February 20, 1982 in East Point, GA. He graduated from Brookwood High School in 2000. Upon completion of high school, he worked for Georgia Power Company, where he completed lineman training. When he decided to leave Georgia Power, he became employed by Crystal Marble, working his way up to the level of Stone Mason. He remained with Crystal Marble for a number of years. Examples of his work are seen daily in many office towers and hotel lobbies in Atlanta and other cities. In his mid-thirties, he decided to make a career change and attended Lanier Tech and worked to receive his certification as a Marine Servicing Technician, which he completed in July,2021. He remained in that field until his death. Evan was a very talented craftsman, who could achieve most anything that he set his mind to do.

Evan and his wife, Jill, were loving parents to Olivia and Savannah. Sadly, Jill preceded Evan in death in August, 2022.

He was an avid hunter and fisherman and often included his family in these hobbies, especially time spent on Lake Lanier. Evan was a friend to many and was known to help others on numerous occasions. Evan loved to cook, especially his prized Venison dishes. He had a wonderful sense of humor that will be missed by all who knew him, especially his father and brother.

Evan was preceded in death by his grandparents, Clarice and Harvey Patrick and Doris and Dave Hirsch, and two beloved uncles, Mike Patrick and Danny Hawkins. He is survived by his daughters, Olivia,18, and Savannah,15 and a son, Landon Smith McIntosh,18. He is also survived by his parents, Marcia and Kevin Patrick, a brother, Ryan and his wife, Jamie, and their children Ali, Rhodes and Beck. His Mother-in-Law, Terri Kutzleb, aunts, uncles and numerous cousins.
