Evelyn Barrett

Evelyn Barrett, of Forsyth County, GA, age 90, passed away on January 8, 2013. Evelyn was the rock of her family and loved to work and stay busy. She was a member of Zion Hill Baptist Church in Cumming. Evelyn is preceded in death by her husband, Ford Barrett; son, Carroll Barrett; grandson, Donnie Barrett. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Ricky and Debbie Barrett of Gainesville; daughter-in-law, Ernestine Barrett of Cumming; grandchildren, Kandy Ellingson, Amanda Isom, April Gravitt, Robbie Barrett; 8 great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and other loving relatives. Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 10, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home with Rev. Ruel Martin, Rev. Robert Martin and Rev. Harold Bottoms officiating. Interment will follow at Zion Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 5 to 9 p.m. and Thursday from 10 a.m. until the time of service.
