Frances Davis

Frances Davis, age 93, of Newnan, formerly of Cumming, passed away Thursday, September 5, 2013. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Cumming. She enjoyed gardening and loved sewing. She was preceded in death by her husband of 69 years Herbert R. Davis; parents, James Marion and Eva Lenore Trout; son-in-law, Larry Carroll. Survivors include her children, Ray and Sherry Davis of Sharpsburg, Nancy Carroll of Jefferson; 4 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; brother, Max Trout; and many nieces and nephews also survive. Graveside services will be held at 3:00 pm Sunday, September 8th at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens with Dr. Bob Jolly officiating. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Sunday from 2:00 pm until hour of the service.
