Frances Kell Miller

Frances Kell Miller, 64, passed away Friday, November 12, 2010 after a prolonged battle with cancer. Fran was born in Toccoa, GA and preceded in death by her parents John and Lessie Kell. Fran was a graduate of Toccoa High School and received her Bachelor of Arts from Carson-Newman. She was a retired homeschool mom who loved music, riding her bike, and hiking in the mountains. She is survived by her son Joshua Miller and wife Elizabeth of Oklahoma, grandson Colin Miller, and sister Charlotte Goldman of Marietta. Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. with a memorial service at 7 p.m. Wednesday, November 17, 2010 in the chapel at Byars Funeral Home in Cumming, GA. (678) 455-5815
