George Alexander Hamilton

George Alexander Hamilton, Jr, 79, of Johns Creek, Georgia passed away on July 21st, 2013 at Peachtree Christian Hospice.

A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, July 28th, 2013 at 4:00 pm at North Georgia Church located in Dawsonville, Georgia.

He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Trudy; daughters, Sue (Ed) Smith of Dawsonville, GA and Kristen Hamilton also of Dawsonville, GA; grandchildren, Nikki and Dani Renfroe of Dawsonville, GA; brother, Myron Hamilton and a host of nieces and nephews.

He was a veteran of the United States Navy, born in Kansas City, MO and moved to Loveland, Colorado which he considered his home. He was a Corporate Executive for Texaco Oil Company for 33 years. He obtained his private pilot's license and loved to fly, loved to boat and anything dealing with the water. He was a dedicated husband, father and papa to the very special women in his life.

In his memory the family request donations be made to North Georgia Church or to Peachtree Christian Hospice.
