George Robert Johnson (Slick)

George Robert Johnson (Slick), 73, of Cumming, GA passed away on March 25, 2021. He was an army veteran. George was a proud, retired pipefitter with Pipefitters Local 597 in Chicago.

He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Christine Harmon Johnson, children Spencer Ray, Kathleen Erin (Jack), and George Nicholas (Linda), 4 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. He was a loving brother, uncle and friend to many. He requested no services.

He was especially proud of helping to build the Sears Tower in Chicago.
