Gloria Elaine Edwards

Gloria Elaine Edwards, 70, of Cumming passed away Tuesday, November 22, 2022. Elaine had an in-home childcare business for 30 years. Many families, from multi-generations, loved her as“Mama Lane”. Elaine also loved her many years as a Girl Scout Leader. She is preceded in death by her husband, Roger Thomas Edwards; parents, W.R. and Margie Hyder; and her in-laws, Willie B. and Betty Edwards.

Survivors include her children, Kim (David) Colee, Megan Edwards, Talicia (Chathan) Mallernee; grandchildren, Elijah Jeffers, Hannah Jeffers, Parker Mallernee, Saela Mallernee; sister, Linda (Roger) Thomas; brother, Lloyd (Deborah) Hyder; brother-in-law, David (Carol) Edwards; sister-in-law, Linda (Morris) Jennings.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, November 26, at 4:00 p.m. at the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Sammy Wright officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the service.
