Harry Samuel Padis, Jr.

Harry Samuel Padis, Jr., 90, of Cumming passed away Wednesday October 8th, 2025. Harry was born in Great Falls, Montana in 1935, to parents Harry and Helen Padis, and spent many years moving around the country before making Georgia his home.

Harry is a Veteran of the Korean War. He will be remembered as a loving husband to his wife Myrna, a wonderful father to his two sons, and a loyal friend. Harry was a hard worker and a fierce businessman. After a long successful career with General Foods, he continued working in finance and consulting until he was 80 years old, only retiring when his failing eyesight forced him to.

Harry loved classic movies, cars, military history, and reading.

He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 65 years, Myrna Padis, and his sister Cecile Mary Stallings.

He is survived by his sons, Craig Eugene Padis, Scott Padis & his wife Amy.

The family will have a private ceremony with inurnment at Georgia National Cemetery, at a later date.
