Her passing leaves a void in our hearts, and she will be deeply missed by all. She was a devoted loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. Her wisdom, knowledge, advice and good cooking will be irreplaceable.
Margean loved all her family fiercely (and that is putting it lightly). With every birth of a baby in the family her heart grew bigger, and her glow became brighter.
Visits and phone calls from her beloved nieces made her so happy.
She loved and enjoyed her many friends, some of them being lifelong friends from elementary school. She stayed in contact with, and still had luncheons with her cherished graduating class, who they all called themselves “The 49ers”.
Travel, shopping, playing cards and canning were more of her loves.
Dan was an excellent gardener, and she was a superb preserver of the harvest. There was always enough food at her table for anyone that showed up planned or unannounced.
She was brave, funny, tough, tenacious, strong and a force to be reckoned with!
