Idell C. Mayfield

Idell C. Mayfield, age 91, of Dawsonville, Georgia passed away Tuesday, November 23, 2010. Idell was a member of Cross Roads Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her son Nathanial Butch Mayfield. She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Richard and Elaine Mayfield of LaGrange, Ronald Mayfield of Texas; daughters and son-in-law, Myra Payne Austin of Dawsonville, Annette and David Dill of Alabama; 7 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; brothers and sister-in-law, Eugene and Inez Chambers of Cumming, Junior Chambers of Cumming; sister, Marcelle Mathis of Gainesville; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives survive. Funeral Services will be held Friday, November 26, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. at Cross Roads Baptist Church with Rev. Gerald Blackburn officiating. The family will receive friends Wednesday, November 24, 2010 from 2 - 4p.m. and from 6 - 9 p.m. and again on Friday, November 26, 2010 from 9 until the time of service. Interment will follow at Cross Roads Baptist Church Cemetery. Ingram Funeral Home Crematory, Cumming, Georgia is in charge of arrangements.
