Inez Cantrell Chambers

Inez Cantrell Chambers, age 90 of Cumming, GA passed away Thursday, December 8, 2022 from a sudden illness. Inez was a lifelong resident of Forsyth County and a member of Crossroads Baptist Church. She enjoyed traveling, crocheting, and quilting.

Inez is preceded in death by her parents Rev. Lendon and Mary Cantrell, brothers Wayne Cantrell, Bill Cantrell, Guy Cantrell; sisters, Ellene Bryant, Voncile Smith, and Christine Cordle.

She is survived by her husband of 75 years, Eugene (Mr. Gene) Chambers; children, Dorothy (Donnie) Cagle, Jackson (Deborah) Chambers; 3 grandchildren, David, Daniel, and Dusty Cagle; 6 great grandchildren, and one great, great grandson, brother Royce Cantrell and other loving family and friends.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 13, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home in Cumming, GA, with Rev. Donnie Nix officiating. Interment followed at Sawnee View Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of service.
