James Ray Cumbie

Mr. James Ray Cumbie, age 82 of Cumming, passed away Friday, February 12, 2010. He was a member of Refuge Baptist Church, a faithful servant who helped to start several churches in Forsyth and DeKalb counties. Mr. Cumbie was also a U.S. Army Veteran of World War II. Survivors include his wife of 62 years, Marie Cumbie of Cumming; sons and daughter-in-law, Michael Ray Cumbie of Cumming and James Alan and Linda Lou Cumbie of Alcoa, TN; several nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive. A Funeral Service will be held Sunday, February 14, 2010 at 2:30 pm in the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Cary Grant officiating. Interment will follow in Sawnee View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Saturday, February 13th from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Ingram Funeral Home Crematory, Cumming, GA is in charge of the arrangements.
