James Stanley Carney

James Stanley Carney, age 63, of Dahlonega passed away Wednesday, November 25, 2015. He is preceded in death by his son, Miles Albert Carney and his father, James Albert Carney. Survivors include his wife, Dee Carney of Dahlonega; daughter, Corissa Carney of Dahlonega; son, Rodney Carney of Murrayville; mother and step-father, Geraldine and Ronald Dorminey of Dawsonville; sister, Sue Woody of Dahlonega; 3 grandchildren, C.J., Daniel and Alyssa Carney; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Norma and Evans Weber; several nieces, nephews and other relatives. Memorial services will be held Sunday, November 29, at 4:00 p.m. at Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church, 1751 Wesley Chapel Rd.; Dahlonega, GA 30533. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church. Ingram Funeral Home & Crematory, Cumming, Georgia is in charge of arrangements.
