In Loving Memory of Jeff Stewart

Jeff Stewart, aged 54, of Cumming, GA, passed away on August 2, 2023, after bravely battling throat cancer. Jeff was a beloved husband, father, and friend to many. 

Jeff had an adventurous spirit and a profound love for the great outdoors. An avid hiker and camper, he found solace and peace among nature during his camping trips, creating some of his fondest memories. When he wasn't exploring the mountains, he could be found in the kitchen pursuing one of his other passions: cooking. With a natural talent, he transformed the simplest ingredients into culinary masterpieces, making his kitchen a place of warmth and laughter, where stories were shared and cherished memories were made. 

Music held a special place in Jeff's heart, and he shared this love with his wife and each of his children, leaving them with a profound appreciation for the art. Along with his enthusiasm for music, he had a tendency to get loud when talking about his favorite topics, bringing an infectious energy to every conversation.

Jeff was preceded in death by his mother, Carol Stewart. He is survived by his loving wife, Michelle Stewart, and four children: Jonathon Howard, Taylor Ramsey, Chandler, and Logan Stewart. He also leaves behind his father, Leon Stewart, and sister, Sharon Stewart Eckard, along with her husband, Nicolaas. 

Jeff the family held a private celebration of life on Sunday, August 13th, to memorialize and honor the life of a man who was always true to himself till the end.

May Jeff Stewart's adventurous spirit, love for nature, and passion for music continue to inspire us all. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by everyone whose lives he touched. May his soul rest in eternal peace.
