Jere Lamar White

Jere Lamar White, age 52 of Forsyth County, passed away, Tuesday, January 22, 2013. He was a member of First Redeemer Baptist Church. He was a sports and outdoor enthusiast. Jere was preceded in death by his mother, Jean White. Survivors include his father, James E. White, Sr. and bonus mom, Faye of Suwanee; children, Jimmy White of Athens, Johnny White of Atlanta, Jeffrey White of Colbert; step-brother, Rudy Burroughs of Watkinsville; several uncles, cousins and other loving family also survive. Funeral services will be held Sunday, January 27th at 1:00 p.m. at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ed Schrader and Rev. Dave Mullis officiating. Interment will follow at Thomas Family Cemetery in Oglethorpe County. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Saturday from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm.
