Joel Hartley

Joel Hartley, born in Birmingham, Alabama on April 11, 1956, passed away suddenly on February 16, 2013. Joel lived in Atlanta, GA and recently in Eatonton and Gainesville, GA. Joel was employed for many years as a Manager with Pike Nurseries in Atlanta, Gary's Garden Center in Eatonton, and Louie Herron Toyota in Milledgeville, GA. Joel was the son of the late Joseph E. Hartley and Louise Hartley of Atlanta. He is survived by two sisters, Janice Ligon of College Park, Maryland and Rhonda Lindquist of Alpharetta, GA, two neices, Rachel Foster of Gainesville, GA and Donna Ligon LaRaque of Upper Marlboro, Maryland, and two great nephews, Dwight Jones and Gerard LaRaque of Maryland.
