John (Junior) Anderson Owens, Jr.

John Anderson (Junior) Owens, Jr., 74, of Cumming passed away Wednesday, January 29, 2020. Junior was retired from the City of Roswell after 30 years of service.

Survivors include his wife, Melonie Owens of Cumming; brother and sister-in-law, Herman and Rose Mary Owens of Alabama; stepchildren, Elvis Lee Clark, Donald Lewis and Melinda Ingram, Jr.; Alvin and Tracy Ingram, Melinda and Tim Day, Brenda and Andre Pickens, David and Amy Braasch; a number of grandchildren, great grandchildren and other relatives.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 1, at 2:00 p.m. at the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Steve Hicks officiating. Interment will follow at Sawnee View Gardens.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
