Mr. John Anthony Christopher departed this life Friday December 13, 2024, surrounded by his family. Mr. Christopher was born in Duluth to his parents, John, and Lillie Stone Christopher. John was an avid supporter of the Special Olympics, loved drinking Dr. Pepper, fishing, Hank Williams, Jr. Mexican food, and his church family at New Life Baptist Church in Dawsonville; John would always say as his family left “Tell my Nieces and Nephews, I Love them”. John is preceded in death by his parents, John and Lillie Mae Stone Christopher, sister Clara Jane Christopher, nephew, Kenneth Chambers niece, Brittany Walker.
Survivors include his brothers and sisters; Grady Christopher (Rachel), Jackie Christopher (Sheila), Kathy Adams (Jimmy), Robin Staton (Johnny) and Lisa Christopher; nieces and nephew whom he loved dearly, Jerri Daniel, Scott Christopher, Bryan Christopher, Laverne Christopher, Kimberly Stanley, Regina Christopher, Kayla McGarity, Dale Garner, Johnny Nicholson, Michelle Wood, Stephanie Rodriguez, Stacey Chambers, Michael Adams, Jackie Adams, Johnny Ray Staton, Cindy Willoughby and Paige Roper. Services to honor the life of Mr. John Anthony Christopher will be Tuesday December 17, 2024, at 1:00 PM in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home with Rev. Scott Christopher, Rev. William Gravitt, Rev. Jamie Peels officiating. Internment will follow in the Warsaw cemetery with Rev. Henry Lackey officiating. The following are honored to serve as pallbearers, Johnny Nicholson, Paige Roper, Gina Christopher, Johnny Willoughby, Jackie Adams, and Bryan Christopher. Visitation will Monday December 16, 2024, from 5:00 PM until 9:00 Pm and again Tuesday from 9:00 AM until the time of service. Flowers are accepted or donations may be made to Creative Enterprises
