John Edward "Jack" Kaputa Jr
John Edward "Jack" Kaputa, Jr., age 69 of Forsyth County, passed away Sunday, July 20, 2014. He was retired from I. B. M. Survivors include his wife, Wynne Kaputa of Forsyth County; children, John E. Kaputa, III of New Mexico, Austin Kaputa of Forsyth County; sister, Mary Ann Maitland of Eddison, NJ. No services are schedule at this time. Ingram Funeral Home & Crematory, Cumming, Georgia is in charge of arrangements.
