John Edward Parker

John Edward Parker, age 55, of Cumming, GA, passed away Tuesday, November 7, 2017. He was a loving husband, father, brother, and son. John will always be remembered as a man with a heart of gold, who would help anyone he could. John both owned and operated Cake Art in Tucker, GA. He poured his heart and soul into the business to see it flourish. He is preceded in death by his grandparents and step grandparent, James and Mary Russell, John and Connie Parker, and Merle Parker.

Survivors include his loving wife, Teresa Parker; parents, John and Helen Parker; children, John Sherman, Julie Lynn, and Jamie Lee Parker; brother and sister-in-law, Jeffrey and Jean Parker; sister, Cristine Holland; niece, Jessie Parker; faithful friend, Roxyy Doodle; and many other loving friends and relatives.

Memorial services will be held Sunday, November 12, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. at Freedom Tabernacle in Cumming, GA.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Freedom Tabernacle, 2160 Freedom Pkwy, Cumming, GA, 30041, in memory of John Edward Parker.
