Jon Young

Jonathan Matthew Young, 40 of Cumming, GA passed on the 27th of December, 2022. Jon, as his family and friends knew him, was survived by his wife Lourdes, children Meredith, Grace and Melanie. Step-mother Andrea Young and Siblings, Melanie (Whitehead), Adrienne (Turner), Ryan, Nathan McGrath and Christopher Deeks. Jon was preceded in passing by his mother, Jory and father, Ronald.

 

Jon was a loving father to his three daughters who were his world and his drive to succeed. He found great joy in making others laugh, even at his own expense. There’s not a stranger who Jon didn’t greet with a smile, unless you cut him off driving. An avid fan of Atlanta sports & the Georgia Bulldogs, you could always catch Jon sporting some type of sports gear and heartily discussing the most recent games. Jon was a beacon of joy as a son, brother, husband and father. He will be sorely and deeply missed by everyone that knew him.

Visitation services will be held 1 PM on Friday 12/30 followed by funeral services at 3 PM at Ingram Funeral Home in Cumming, GA.
