Joseph Edward Ross

Joseph Edward Ross, 49, of Cumming passed away Sunday, April 9, 2017. A U.S. Army veteran, Mr. Ross was an employee of Lockheed-Martin for 20 years. He loved baseball and was an avid Cubs fan. Mr. Ross coached Little League Baseball for a number of years, touching the lives of all he coached. He was a member of First Redeemer Church and was a loving husband and father. Mr. Ross is preceded in death by a daughter, Kara Nicole Ross and a sister, Jennifer Ellen Keaton as well as his grandparents. Survivors include his wife, Tischa Renae Ross of Cumming, GA; sons, Joseph Edward Ross, Jr., Hunter Austin Ross, Hayden Austin Ross, all of Cumming, GA; father, Albert Ross of Canton, MS; mother, Karen Ross of Beardstown, IL; nieces, Sandra (Jason) Bennett of Cumming, GA Brittany Cox (John) of Canton, GA; nephews, Ross Keaton, Edward "Eddie" Keaton both of Beardstown, IL; great nephew, Brock Bennett of Cumming, GA; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Troy and Connie Cox of Canton, GA; and numerous other relatives. Memorial services will be held Monday, April 17, at 4:00 p.m. at the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday from 2:00 p.m. until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Joe Ross Memorial Fund at any Regions Bank.
