Kathy Ann Funk

Kathy Ann Funk, 68, passed away peacefully on April 19. Kathy was born in Kansas City, Missouri where she met and married her husband, Neil. Although they knew each other for over 50 years, their marriage fell a few months short of the 50-year mark. When the Kansas City branch of Avon Products ceased operations, the couple accepted job relocation and moved to Georgia in 1985. Kathy continued to work for Avon until her retirement, completing a 31-year career. Kathy enjoyed gardening and sharing the harvest with family, friends, and co-workers. Kathy was preceded in death by her son Jason, her parents Ralph and Juhree House. She is survived by her husband Neil, brother Ron Sexton and his wife Julie, brother Gary House and wife Anita along with nieces, nephews, and cousins.

An informal celebration of life is scheduled for 10:00 AM Friday April 26, 2024, at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens. Casual dress will be welcomed.
