Kay Wellington Cranford

Kay Wellington Cranford, 71, of Suwanee, GA passed away September 20, 2022. Mrs. Cranford was born in Mobile, AL to the late Walter “Pat” & Marian Wellington. Kay was a member of the First Redeemer Church in Cumming, GA. 

Kay retired from teaching Chemistry and Biology at McIntosh High School in Peachtree City, Ga. after 23 years. She loved the challenge of educating students in the sciences.  Her love of the Lord was reflected in her commitment to church choirs and activities at First Baptist Church in Villa Rica.  Kay loved life and enjoyed time spent with family and friends.

Kay is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Scott Cranford; daughters and sons in-law, Krista and Jason Moulton, Laura and Kevin Zschach; grandchildren, Kayla and Connor Smith, Chase Moulton, Austin Zschach, Jacob Moulton, Tanner Zschach, Brooklyn Zschach; brother and sister in-law, Buster and Susan Wellington; sister and brother in-law, Elizabeth and Dr. Robert Ebeling; several nieces and nephews.
