Kearney McCarty

Mr. Kearney McCarty, age 95 of Ball Ground, passed away on Saturday, February 20, 2010. He was a member of Emanuel Baptist Church and served in both the Mason and Shrinners organizations. He was a Veteran in World War II. Survivors include his wife of 69 years, Ethel McCarty of Ball Ground; son and daughter-in-law Charles and Vondine McCarty of Laurel, Mississippi; grandchildren Victoria McCarty Ward and Charles McCarty; great grandchildren Ryan Corey Ward, Victoria Joan Ward, Lori Elizabeth Ward, Joseph Charles McCarty, Richard Thomas McCarty and Landan Nicole McCarty; and a number of other relatives also survive. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February, 23, 2010 at 2:00 pm in the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Don Westray officiating. Interment will follow in Green Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Monday from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm and Tuesday from 9:00 am until hour of service. Ingram Funeral Home Crematory, Cumming, GA is in charge of the arrangements.
