Obituary

Kevin Tatum Webb passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 16, 2026 into the arms of his Heavenly Father. Kevin was born on June 17, 1952 and lived most of his life in the Ocee community of Alpharetta on Kimball Bridge Road. In 2004 he along with his parents moved to Cumming Georgia. Kevin lived the last eight years at The Villas At Canterfield in Cumming where he was wonderfully and lovingly cared for by the staff and friends of the Villas.

He is survived by his sister, Hilda Webb Hulsey, and brother-in-law, Douglas Hulsey of Charleston, SC, his niece, Melissa Hulsey Fery and her husband, Richard Fery, also of Charleston, SC. He is also survived by many cousins from the Webb, Howell, and Tatum families of Alpharetta and Cumming. He is preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Vera Tatum Webb and an aunt and uncle, Montine and AY Howell of Cumming.

Kevin graduated from Milton High School in 1970 where he played French horn in the Milton Marching Band for four years. He attended Kennesaw Jr. College and Georgia State University, where he graduated and then received a law degree from John Marshall School of Law in 1981. Kevin was a lifelong member at Clear Springs Baptist Church in Johns Creek, Georgia, where he sang faithfully in the choir and served as a deacon. He was able to attend church regularly during the last 9 years by the faithful ministry of members Jimmy Vaughn, Bill Bruce and Nate Scolamiera. His family is so very grateful for these men.

A Memorial service will be held on Wednesday May 20 in the Chapel of Ingram Funeral Home at 10:30AM. Visitation for Kevin and family will be from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM preceding the service on Wednesday. Interment will follow at Sawnee View Gardens in Cumming.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to clear Springs Baptist Church at 11575 Jones Bridge Rd., Johns Creek, Georgia, 30022 or to The Georgia Epilepsy Foundation.
