Lawrence E. Oley

Lawrence E. Oley, 91, of Flowery Branch, GA, passed away Friday, December 4, 2015. A native of Glassport, PA. Mr. Oley was a World War II veteran and a retired police officer. He is preceded in death by his parents, Anna and John Oley; brothers, John Oley and Steve Oley. Survivors include his wife of 70 years, Rose Oley; sisters, Anna Mae Eicholtz and Florence Laychak; children, Donna J. Nagy and Lawrence E. Oley; grandchildren, Heather Reed and Heidi Oley; great-grandchildren, Chase Reed and Bryce Reed, and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives. Graveside Services will be held Tuesday, December 8. 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Georgia National Cemetery, Canton, GA. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
