Lee Woodrow (Woody) Aenchbacher resident of Cumming GA.

Born in Marietta, Georgia in 1941, Woody moved with his father, mother, two sisters and brother to Michigan in 1960. He married in 1962 and joined the US Marine Corps in 1963. He had a daughter, Deborah Lynne, born 1963, son, Michael Scott, born in 1965. Woody remarried in in 1971 while living Michigan, 1974 adopted son, Gregory William born in 1963. Woody began his career in the restaurant business in Michigan and decided to move the family back to Douglasville, Georgia. While residing in Georgia he had another son, Ryan Wade born in 1976.

Woody began his career with Waffle House, North Lake Foods while living in Georgia. Woody was known as one of the fastest and best grill operators in the business. His passion was to own his own business, so he moved his family to Tampa and soon purchased his own franchise Waffle House Inc. in Summerfield, Florida operating for 36 years.

Woodys son Greg is married to Deborah Carol Aenchbacher, living in Helena Al, they have two lovely daughters; Megan married to Judson Jones and Ashley married to Daniel Hill, with two young sons; Holden and Hudson, Woodys two great-grandchildren. Woodys daughter, Deborah Lynne, is married to Mark Bongiorni living in Cumming Georgia, and son Scott has a son Michael and daughter Kristal. Woodys youngest son Wade has two daughters, Tara and Alexa whom all reside in Florida.

Woody was a proud Marine veteran and loved his Semper Fidelis family. When he wasnt working in his restaurant you could find him gardening or find him on the lake fishing with his closest veteran buddies. Woody tried to live life to the fullest because he feared the loss of his father to Alzheimers disease. Woody lost his battle with dementia and Alzheimers and is now at peace.

The service will be held at the Georgia National cemetery in late April.
