Lynn Hicks

Lynn Hicks, age 70, of Monroe, GA formerly of Cumming, passed away Thursday, December 19, 2013 following a period of declining health. Lynn was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt and fish, spending many years as a fishing guide on Lake Lanier. He was preceded in death by his wife, Paulette Hicks; daughter, Laura Hicks; parents, Francis Frederick "Frank" and Laura Belle Hicks; sister, Frances Webb, and brother, Max Hicks. Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, David and Tracey Hicks; grandchildren, Reagan Hicks, Josh and Abby McCormick; step children, Scott and Kim Mullinax and grandchildren, Alicia and Chris Opolka and grandchildren; brother and sister-in-law, Lamar and Carol Hicks; sister and brother-in-law, Marsha and Sam Davis; and many nieces and nephews. A private Memorial service will be held at a later date. Ingram Funeral Home & Crematory, Cumming, Georgia is in charge of arrangements.
