Marion E. Ellington, Sr

Mr. Marion E. Ellington, Sr., age 74 of Cumming, GA, passed away Sunday, August 16, 2009. Mr. Ellington, originally from Thomaston, was predeceased in life by his wife, Jettie Ellington of LaGrange. Survivors include his children, Robin Bailey, Marion Ellington, Jr., Janet Woelk and Jon Ellington, all of Cumming. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held Monday, August 17th at 6:00 pm in the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Steve Jackson officiating. The family will receive friends Monday, Aug. 17th from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Fellowship of Christian Athletes of Forsyth County. Ingram Funeral Home Crematory, Cumming, GA is in charge of the arrangements.
